Mr. Grajewski has a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph’s College, Rensselaer, Indiana, an MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit and attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, Advance Management Program in 1993. Mr. Grajewski began his professional career in 1967 as a staff auditor with Arthur Anderson and Co. He joined the administrative staff of St. John Hospital and Medical Center at the hospital’s first controller. Between 1970 and 1987 he held various financial positions from Controller to Corporate Treasurer and became Chief Operating Officer of St. John Hospital in 1992.

Mr. Grajewski became the president of St. John Hospital and Medical Center. A 610-bed tertiary care teaching facility, in 1994 and served in that capacity until 2001.

In 2001, Mr. Grajewski became self-employed as a healthcare and financial consultant working with not for profit corporations. Mr. Grajewski completed his professional career in 2008.

He resides in Clinton Township with his wife Susan, and is the father of one daughter and Papa to two grandchildren.

He has served on the Boards of the Visiting Nurses of SE Michigan, the St. Vincent DePaul Society Foundation, the Lourdes Senior Community-Waterford, the Hope Network in Grand Rapids and was a Commissioner on the Planning Commission of Clinton Township.

In addition, he is the graduate of Leadership Detroit SIV, a former member of the Wayne County Workforce Development Board and a student partner of Cornerstone Schools.

In his spare time, he enjoys gold, travel and model railroading.
