Kim Batts, MSWQuality Director

As Northeast’s Quality Director, Kim develops and monitors quality improvement activities for all clinical services and maintains the agency’s policies and procedures.Kim is passionate about leveraging data to improve outcomes for consumers.

Kim has over 20 years of social work and quality assurance experience, primarily in international child welfare. Most recently, Kim led the design and rollout of a monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy for an agency’s international child welfare, refugeeservicesand mental healthprograms.Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Calvin University and a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
