Cynthia JacksonDirector of Corporate Training & Compliance

Cynthia Jackson is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with over 20 years’ experience working with persons diagnosed with severe and pervasive mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual / developmental disabilities. Ms. Jackson received both her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University and joined NIH in 1989. She has served as the AOP Program Coordinator, ACT Program Coordinator, the Adult Services Clinical Program Director and Vice President of Clinical programs overseeing staffing, programming and leadership of all children’s and adult services. In her current role, Ms. Jackson manages the training functions for the organization including the oversite of compliance.
